My husband and I both consider dressing up for a dance as a romantic and exhilarating experience. Picking out the pieces that you would wearing for the dance is not only important but could actually be quite fun and exciting. Dancing with the Stars, Dancing on Ice, and So You Think You Can Dance are just some of our TV staples. There are, however, other things that can make you look good, not just your dress.
As you choose which dress to wear, you have to consider the length of the dress as well as how you would be able to move around.
My typical choice when it comes to dressing up for a dance are the tailor-made ones. That way, how the dress looks, what kind of material is used, and what color the dress would be is entirely up to my choice. Some of my favorites include the sequin and stone dress as well as the draped Latin dress. I am also partial to dresses that reach up to my calf and come in burgundy or bottle green turquoise blue.Of course, the guys should complement and not outshine the ladies, and my husband would usually choose a suit that goes best with what I have.
Everyone who loves dancing will agree that dancing is a really enjoyable experience. When it comes to dance steps, our favorite has to be the graceful gliding movements of the Waltz. As you sway to the beat, you would feel a certain sense of enchantment that you do not want to stop. We also found exhilaration in the smooth continuous movements brought about by the Foxtrot. You would definitely get your feet tapping and dancing the Foxtrot once the music starts. My husband and I also love the energy brought about by the quick step.
Though you move to a faster beat of music, you do so in a light graceful manner. Get moving gracefully with the lively tempo of the music. The dynamic rhythm of the music would definitely render those brisk steps are easy, fluid movements.
Don't be surprised if you end up breathless, but never the less satisfied at the end of a quick step.
