How to Become a Sports Fan

If you are the type of person who isn't very interested in sports, life can be difficult. Much of conversations among adults consists of commenting about the most recent football or basketball game.
Following certain sports teams and watching games is a real hobby for many people. They put a lot of time, energy, and effort into keeping up with a team's schedule and attending and watching games.
Loyal fans of sports team can become very defensive and rude when interacting with people they perceive to be bandwagon fans. They perceive bandwagon fans to be disloyal and fake.
Sports fans also just like having something to be passionate about. They like putting their time and energy into something, and having someone and something to root for.
For example, let's say the Arizona State Sun Devils are doing really well in basketball. If you are wondering if someone who is decked out in Arizona State apparel is really a fan of them or not, ask them who their favorite team is.
If your main focus is to be able to join in the sports conversation, you may want to pick one of these more common sports. However, you do not have to choose a mainstream sport.
Another reason why being a sports fan is good for your health is because you burn a lot of calories when you attend games. When you attend a live sports game, there is a lot of movement involved.
You can do this by looking up the rules of basketball online, or checking out a few books at the library. The more time and effort you spend researching and learning about the sport, the more knowledge you will gain.
Another way to tell if someone is a bandwagon fan is to check out their gear. If their Arizona State apparel seems brand new, it is likely that they are a bandwagon fan.
A fan who has been with a team for awhile will most likely have gear that is more worn in, used, and loved. This is not a foolproof way of telling a bandwagon fan from a loyal fan, so it is important that you be careful with this step.
College basketball can be more fun to watch because you can root for the college that you attended. If you, for example, attended Florida State University, you could attend their basketball games and wear Florida State apparel, proving that you're a real fan.
In general, having friends and being in a social environment is very beneficial for your health. Watching sports is a great way to participate in a social environment. Rallying behind a certain team can also help you increase your feeling of unity within a group. If you're watching a
