Next thing is to further clean the fabric is to use only warm water and a soft cloth to wipe down the rest of the fabric. No soap is needed, just ordinary warm water and a light touch. You do not need to scrub to get the fabric clean, just light pressure will do.
If the teddy bears are overly soiled, then you should repeat the process 2 or 3 more times. Just remember, even if you are tempted to soak the fabric, it is not recommended that you do that, it could ruin the fabric. Just a little bit of patience can go a long way when working with delicate fabric.
After the process of light wiping is finished, and can then brush the fabric while it is still damp. Sometimes if you wait until the fabric is completely dry before brushing, you may find that the fabric will change its texture. After brushing the damp surface, then you can let it completely dry.

This way you can still enjoy your collectibles but they will be protected from debris while sitting on the shelf or wherever you place them.
