For those people of us that have looked into Astrology carefully there's no question that astrology includes a whole lot of simple fact in it.
The question that naturally arises then is how does Astrology work? How can the positions from the planets at the time of birth almost certainly determine the character of a person?
I believe that the answer to that has two components.
Firstly, there's a particular quantity of direct influence from the nearest planets and specifically the moon.

Also the basic pattern and blueprint of the life about to be lived can also be determined inside a general sense. Based on this data a date of birth is chosen that very best fits the characteristics the soul wishes to project into that particular lifetime.
The time of birth is manipulated and adjusted so that it falls as close as feasible for the time which will give essentially the most match in between the chart as well as the intended life pattern.
