3 Great European War Games

Battle games have been on the scene for a very long time. They are very enjoyable and the avid gamers always appreciate them. European war games are really a small portion of the game industry. We'll review 3 of these video games.
Empire: Total War
Much like in any great war film, the cinema in this game is brilliant. It really hypes you up and it gets you ready for battle. The graphics and presentation of the game come accross top notch.
Battles are epic and huge; there is nothing much more entertaining than seeing a broad sea of troops just battling against each other. It looks just like the traditional war films.
What so great is that the battling does not only take place on land. There are naval battles in the game which are very interesting and excellent to look at.
Medieval 2: Total War
Building a legion of a thousand soldiers and capturing land is the main concern of the game. The larger your military the better, because you know the enemy will do the same.
The main focus of this video game is battling and there is lots of it. All the killed troops or horses do not fade away on the battlefield like in most games. They stay on the battle field.
To enjoy the video game to its maximum you need to have all of your computer elements upgraded to the latest versions. This will make your experience playing the game a pleasurable one.
You get to take all the decisions in the game and it is real cool to zoom all the way in to see the battles up and close or zoom all the way out to see the scope of the fight in its entirety.
The game offers some great graphics, but you need a good video card to get the job done.
Company Of Heroes
This is a RTS game that has been put together by Relic Entertainment. It is a great game, because you can quickly micro manage the soldiers you got.
The game is very destructive, everything can be destroyed. The attention for detail is very high in this game. All the army soldiers you get to play with in the game, could be upgraded to their potential.
The tasks in the game are not simple capture the adversary base missions. There are a variety of missions which will keep you amused and wanting more.
This is a fast game, which has to be micromanaged quite often. The best tip I'm able to give you on this is to micro manage using hot keys on the computer keyboard.
If you are searching for good war games you will want to play the ones just reviewed. My personal favorite is Medieval 2.
