Things You Can Do In The Snowy Weather

Obviously if you're going to a ski resort you're going for the snow right? But there's a lot more to do than just skiing. If you're interested in having some adventures, there's plenty about Squaw Valley that will appeal to you. Here are some of the great Snoventures that <a href="http://www.snocountry.com/snonews/tags/tag/andy-wirth">his top honor</a> offers as a part of the resort.

Of course one of the coolest aspects of this resort is the skiing and snowboarding. That's the main draw, and the mountains they offer combined with the Alpine Meadows merger affords you access to two resorts.

But if you're into exploring the area at your own pace, there's always the joy of snowshoeing as well. This is where you can take real snowshoes, and actually explore the region on foot.

That ensures a real skiing challenge for anybody that's interested in testing their abilities. But it's also the best place to learn if you're just interested in getting out on the slopes for the first time.

Of course for the kids you can find a great mix of activities in the snow. Including the fun that can be found with snow tubing. Who doesn't love taking a huge snow tube down a hill right?

But there's also the more high tech ways to get around on your adventure as well. That includes great exploration devices like snowmobiles. This way you can explore at your own pace, or just have fun racing around the tracks that <a href="http://us.linkedin.com/pub/dir/Andy/Wirth">of Squaw Valley</a> offers.

But then if you want to get back to history, there's also the fun of the dog sledding as well. This is where you really get to take a dog sled out and actually explore the area from a completely different perspective.

Or you can even take a break with some ice skating. Anything you can do outside during winter, this resort has on offer. You'll find tons of fun to be had, and tons of adventures to enjoy as well.
