The challenging enemies and creative worlds created by science fiction game makers allow space battles to be very difficult yet fun for players. Problem solving, creative thinking, and puzzle solving are all essential parts of popular science fiction games so there is no shortage of challenges for players. While the better number of the battles you fight in games are rather simple, most games do feature at least some levels or battles that really put your abilities to the limits. Group centric battles found in massively multiplayer online role playing games, or MMORPG's, are especially fun and challenging.

Team based space battles present unique challenges to players, especially if they are accustomed to the dynamics of single player game battles.
