You should also write down realistic goals and the amount of time that you consider you must have, to complete them, this is not only great for keeping you on task, but it also raises focus. Also keep in mind that these targets could change as you advance. By advance planning you have superior chance of completing all your training sessions, by anticipating any other responsibilities you might have.
