Do you think that people are going to be chomping at the bit to ride a city bike in weather like this? I think it'd be unreasonable to assume such a thing, especially since it's still pretty cold when we're in February. Nonetheless, people still manage to ride in this kind of weather and I would like to think that part of their beings may not be entirely human. All joking aside, I think that there are many ways that people can go out cycling in this kind of climate.

When your mother told you to bundle up before getting on the school bus during school days, it's clear that she wasn't kidding since the bitter cold can deal quite a few blows. You want to make sure that you wear clothing that is both comfortable in response to weather and light enough so that you can still maneuver. It can be done, though, as long as you have the right clothing choices to see you through the competition or even during a leisurely ride. The headwear will prove to be most vital, though, so make sure you keep this in mind.
