You'll find that getting an extra hour or two of sleep every night isn't only good for your health, it will help you be more productive. In summary, regular exercise, good emotional health, getting enough sleep and eating healthy foods are all a part of being healthy. Do not allow yourself to be overwhelmed by attempting to change your lifelong habits in one night. If you allow yourself room to breathe and commit yourself to making improvements slowly and over time you will probably start to feel a lot better very quickly.
