Conversely, fill the fountain with branches and vines, and nestle packages of flowers in between them as though they were growing naturally. You also can use flowers with water inside your fountain. You can drape the tiers with garlands, hang small vases at intervals along the rim of the basins, or construct floating wreaths that will drift in the water.
