It will not be long until Halloween arrives and people are beginning to look at the parties they plan to have on this day. What theme to have the party in is always a problem because there are so many possible themes that you could use but this does depend on what sort of audience will be at your party.
The theme you choose should depend on the people at the party. If there will be mainly small children at the party then there is no point having a bloody gore theme as this can scare them. A good theme for children would be basing it on cartoon characters. All children love and watch cartoons so by basing it on that there is a lot that you can do for it. You may get children dressed as characters from programs like Sponge Bob or Ben 10 and other popular programs. Then you can decorate the party room to match the theme.
Another good theme to use would be a monster mash party where you can encourage people to turn up dressed as monsters. To decorate you should place monsters around your house and once again lower the lights. You could use neon colours to decorate and have fury stuff to create the image of monster fur. All of this would make the theme work.
A zombie apocalypse party would be another good them for adults and this theme is easy to set up. For this all you need are fake body parts dotted around your house and maybe turn the lights off. As well as this you could put mincemeat in a polythene bag to create the idea of a brain and this would also add to theme. To dress up for this them it would not be hard as all you need would be fake bloody, green body make-up and some tattered clothes.
These themes would make your night a memorable one but there are other themes that would work just as well, which is what you want.
