The judges will ask them some questions and they will each exhibit their special talent like singing or saying a poem. Should the judges like what they see and find what they are looking for in your child, she will be called up as a finalist. This is where the tension begins to rise. Should she have been deemed the queen for the night, they will call her name and crown her. She will receive prizes of toys, sometimes money, and gift vouchers. Most of the time these pageants also offer modeling contracts with reputable agencies. This is the beginning of what could possibly be a very successful modeling career and perhaps a future beauty queen of the universe. By the time the evening is over you will be sitting with a very tired little person who will not be quite sure what has happened.
