Nerf's Big Bad Bow is one of their more unique Nerf guns to hit the market. Going on a proven gun model for Nerf that has been proven to be reliable and accurate, the Big Bad Bow is a bow style gun that launches large foam darts very quickly and relatively far. This is one of Nerf's most classic guns and one that helped define the brand in its early days. It's still a huge hit with kids and makes an excellent gift or birthday present.
The Big Bad Bow is rightly named. It is big for a child's toy. It is over two feet tall, so you can see that smaller children may not be properly suited for it. Bigger children (or adults) will be able to shoot it more easily. When you get it and take it out of the box, you will have to assemble it. The assembly process is very simple, as most children are able to put it together themselves.
For anyone that is interested in unconventional weaponry and wants to try something else besides the average dart gun, the Big Bad Bow is a great option. It brings a taste of archery to a Nerf war.
The small foam darts are very easy to lose, that goes without saying. One positive about the Big Bad Bow is that the large arrow darts are much easier to find and not lose in every nook and cranny in your house. If you do happen to lose one, you can buy replacements.
There are a few features to this bow. To help you aim, there is a scope. The bow comes with three arrows, two of which can be attached to the top of it so you can quickly load it. It goes without saying that this is one of Nerf's most unique toy weapons.
Nerf has made toy guns that shoot all sorts of different projectiles. They most often use foam balls, foam darts, and foam arrows. The variety of it all makes it more fun. This way you can really choose your ideal foam blaster. Whether it is a bow and arrow or a foam dart firing gun, with the variety comes more fun.
