Variety in the designs of timepieces is also a major concern for the teenager. Most fashion conscious teens will want to have different designs of watches. The difference may be in the material used to make it or the shape of the clock face. The difference may even be in the strap. These differences make it easier to accessorize the timepieces.
Celebrities have made the use of watches as fashion accessories even more popular. They popularize them in the movies as well as in their music videos. They are therefore regarded as the in thing and end up being used in the same way by the youth.
