How To Shuffle Customized Poker Chips

by Kendra Ware

One of the best tricks that the person can do to intimidate the opponents when playing games is to impress them with his amazing skills, especially at shuffling customized poker chips. If he becomes a good shuffler, he can present an impression of being an adept player. He can be viewed as an excellent one.

The person will have to first decide on how he will be deciding the chip set's division for appearance's sake. For this one, he will have to start with dividing the chip set twice and putting three on each of them. If possible, each stack should have different colors to give the feel of being shuffled as evenly as possible.

It is very vital to have a good start. No matter how good he is at shuffling, it will be useless if he cannot make a proper first impression. If he makes a mistake on the first shuffle, this will only leave a bad impression. He should always remember to place the stacks separately side by side to avoid confusion.

He should then begin by placing his thumb on the left hand side of the stack at the leftmost side, most preferably at the lower portion. His index finger should then be placed on the same stack but most preferably on the upper portion. He should take care not to mistake which stack to cover for in this step.

Immediately put the stack side by side. He should put them a little bit separately though. He also needs to consider where he will be putting his thumb and his index finger on the stack. He will need to make sure that the said stack is properly fitted on his thumb and index finger as this is what will make the shuffling easier.

It is very important for the person to get comfortable with the position that he is taking when shuffling. If he can, he should make sure that there is less difficulty when shuffling. Being able to shuffle with less difficulty is a good thing. If he can, he should slide down his middle finger in line with the ring and index fingers.

He should proceed on pushing the chip set together. He can do this properly if he lifts his middle finger up slowly on the stack. This might be a little bit difficult for the player to do but with practice he can surely get the feel of things. He should be able to get things right if he practices for it over and over again.

If there is a little bit of difficulty in the shuffling, he should try changing the kind of surface that he is shuffling on. Most of the times, the person will have to try things out to find out which areas or place he should be more at ease with. This should help him improve his skills for the better.

He should get himself used to shuffling the customized poker chips. This will only become more perfect the more he gets used to it. It will be a good idea for the player to perfect this skill first before he gets himself in the mode for intimidating his opponents. Otherwise, this will just backfire on him.
