I don't know if this kind of job position is as common nowadays but there was a time when being a paperboy or papergirl was quite prevalent. Children could deliver papers from door to door, either to show parents they can handle responsibility or for the sake of spending money. These young people were brought up with the value of hard work in mind, I believe. I'm sure that commuter bikes could help to showcase the qualities that the best workers have.

These children will be able to learn about hard work and perhaps make a little pocket money on the side, too. This isn't the end all, be all position, though, as people will move up in due time. This is simply a matter of getting one's start and the right bicycle can assist in achieving said start as well.
