If you want to find a new camera that has lots of features and takes really great pictures, you should consider taking a look at the Nikon Coolpix L24 Digital Camera. This camera has its positive and negative qualities, as we'll be exploring in this review.
The Nikon Coolpix L24 has the ability shoot videos as do many other digital cameras on the market today. It is no longer necessary to make a quick trip to WalMart to buy a stockpile of alkaline AA batteries. One very handy tool that every photographer should have is a sturdy 50" tripod to mount your camera on. This is especially nice when you are filming a video. Even just shooting regular photos with a tripod can result in a tremendous improvement in your photos. A durable hard shell case also comes with this accessory kit, which will protect your camera from impact, the weather, and moisture when you're carrying it around.
While many digital cameras come with rechargeable batters and charger, the Nikon Coolpix L24 uses regular AA batteries. Whether you like this or not is a matter of choice. Some people like the ease of just changing batteries when it is needed rather than taking the trouble to recharge the batteries all the time. On the other hand, rechargeable batteries are more environmentally friendly and save you money in the long run. If you prefer rechargeable batteries, though, you can always get ones that will work with the Nikon Coolpix L24, but you'll have to buy them, along with a battery charger, separately.
It is important to consider many things when shopping for a digital camera such as the features, price, customer reviews and the reputation of the brand. Comparing cameras in different price ranges and different categories isn't helpful because those are meant for different types of users and purpose. For someone looking for an easy to operate digital camera at a decent price, the Nikon Coolpix L24 is a good choice.
